With a focus on safety, gradual progression, and medical guidance, this program helps rebuild cardiovascular health through tailored physical activity and lifestyle adjustments.
Medical Clearance First: All participants must have physician approval before beginning.
Low-Impact, Heart-Smart Workouts: Walking, stationary cycling, and light resistance training help improve heart function without overexertion.
